- 3 bananas ripe
- 180 g rolled oats or instant oats
- 50 g peanuts salted or not
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Pre-Heat the oven at 190°C (375F).
Slightly chop the oats and peanuts in a food precessor.
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients with a spatula.
On a parchment-covered tray, make the cookies. Try making them similar in size.
Bake for 12 minutes at 190°C (375F).
Let them cool 5 minutes before serving.
Serve as a quick breakfast, snack or dessert.
It can be eaten warm or cold.
