Ingredients

  • 3 bananas ripe
  • 180 g rolled oats or instant oats
  • 50 g peanuts salted or not
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • Pre-Heat the oven at 190°C (375F).
  • Slightly chop the oats and peanuts in a food precessor.
  • In a bowl, mix all the ingredients with a spatula.
  • On a parchment-covered tray, make the cookies. Try making them similar in size.
  • Bake for 12 minutes at 190°C (375F).
  • Let them cool 5 minutes before serving.
