We offer two starting packages depending on what you’re looking for:

The web design is a custom website design with branding, this means you’ll get a new site design plus a logo in vector format for any promotional needs.

Branding is a logo in vector format that comes with color and font pairing recommendations. This package requires no website and no coding.

Typically custom design packages are 6-8 months out. Since we limit how many clients we take on at a time and choose to build unique for each client, vs a cookie cutter approach, that means our waitlist is a bit further out (it’s worth the wait though, I promise!).

If you’re looking for just branding this can be done quite a bit sooner depending on your needs as misc projects are fit between preschedule web designs.

Each project varies by functionality and needs. Typically most web projects are completed within 2-6 weeks start to finish.

Of course there are many variables to this such as the design functionality/requirements, how thorough your design form is filled out, how quickly our emails are replied to (once we start your project we are on top of all communication), and if you have all your information ready.

A lot has changed in the world of WordPress and we strive to stay on top of current and upcoming changes, which means changing how sites are built as a whole!

Kadence has proven itself in both speed, functionality and ease of user on the user’s end (which are all a high priority for us!).
With a custom Kadence child theme you get the best of both worlds in terms of the custom design plus all the latest Kadence updates and Kadence layout functionality. We build the design and functionality specific to what you need so your site is not only beautiful but functional.

We do not use premade themes, these are great for the DIY route but not necessarily great for speed or functionality.

We do require a zoom chat for any new design bookings, this is to make sure we’re the right fit for you! We also know how important that one on one connection can be and it’s often easier to hash out details of your project that way.
That being said, once the project starts we do require all communication via email at that point. This ensures we (and you!) are able to go back and reference items at any point. It’s very difficult to note everything in a phone chat and much easier with email.

Yes, only a $600 deposit is due at booking, remainder of the first 50% after mockup completion and the remaining 50% once your project is completed, approved by you and ready for install. At that time the final payment is due and then install is scheduled to push it live.

We build with speed and SEO in mind, all designs are built to give you the best experience possible to work on your content and SEO. We also recommend using SEO plugins to take this even further on your own.

That being said, we do not offer specific SEO services as we feel that is a speciality all on it’s own! We are happy to offer you references on SEO specialists we recommend.

We build exclusively on self hosted WordPress. If you’re on Blogger, Wix, etc we are happy to chat and help migrate you over!
We are able to customize Shopify themes to an extent, however, we are not Shopify developers (and don’t pretend to be). I would recommend finding a Shopify theme developer if you’re looking strictly for this platform.

We fully believe in focusing on what we’re good at, which is design. While we would love to help you write content that just isn’t something we offer.

We do help you reword your content, if needed, during the design process to ensure you’re reaching the audience you want!

Short answer – no. For custom characters I strongly recommend looking for an illustrator’s who’s work you love. Character drawing is not something we offer.
