How the branding process works
01. Inquiry
Use the contact form below to submit your inquiry and fill out the information so we know details of what you’re looking for. This will help us know if our style is a good fit for you and ensure we can meet your design needs!
02. Onboarding
After your inquiry the onboarding process begins! You’ll receive a detailed form to go through and fill out with your brand goals, audience, inspirations and so much more. This helps us get in your head and really deep dive into your brand!
04. Design
The deep dive begins! We’ll create an initial mockup with one more more ideas for your new brand. This will include colors, typography and more – everything you need to take your brand to the next level.
In this phase we will go back and forth with edits, tweaks and adjustments based on your feedback.
06. Finalize
After approval and final payment we will work up your final logo files in multiple formats (AI, EPS, SVG, PNG) for you to use however you need. You’ll receive your logo in color format as well as black and white for any unique needs.

Frequently asked questions
50% deposit of work is due upfront and is non-refundable, final payment is due upon final approval before logo files are released.
The initial concept will include a few different logo styles to choose from, you’ll then be able to provide feedback on these logos so we can consolidate into one final version.
You’ll receive one primary logo as well as a secondary option (also known as a submark) which is a simplified version of the main logo, often in a circle, to use on social media and watermarks.
The initial package includes three logo revisions, additional logo revisions are priced by the work being done. For example tweaking one or two elements would cost less than providing an entirely new logo concept.
You will be informed if we reach the stage of additional fees so you have the option to make one final revision or quoted for the additional work.
If you’re looking for just branding the typical waitlist is only about 4 to 6 weeks as we fit these projects in between full web design projects.

Typically most branding projects are completed within 2-3 weeks start to finish.
Of course there are many variables to this such as the design requirements, how thorough your design form is filled out, how quickly our emails are replied to (once we start your project we are on top of all communication), and if you have all your information ready.
Once the project starts we do require all communication via email at that point. This ensures we (and you!) are able to go back and reference items at any point. It’s very difficult to note everything in a phone chat and much easier with email.
Short answer – no. For custom characters I strongly recommend looking for an illustrator’s who’s work you love. Character drawing is not something we offer.
Once final payment is made you own all rights to the final version of the logo.
You’ll receive the following after final payment:
– PDF brand guide with hex colors and font pairing recommendations
– Fonts used in your logo, if applicable, or applicable paired fonts
– Primary logo in the full color, black and white in AI, EPS, SVG, PNG
– Secondary logo in the full color, black and white in AI, EPS, SVG, PNG
